I checked the Hosting Parameters again under Hosting tools and all my parameters were good matches but the ffmpeg.exe output reading was blank, previously it had said that my ffmpeg.exe file was incompatible and it also said that their might be an issue since I'm running a 64-bit OS and the file exe is 32-bit. All builds are 64-bit, static and licensed as GPLv3 the release full variant is also available as a shared build with development files. In that folder it lists ffmpeg.exe and two other files pthreadGC2.dll and SDL.dll I didn't know what the those other two files were for, so I just uploaded the ffmpeg.exe file into the app folder overwriting the one that was there.
